Ingredients
Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Sodium, Calcium, Magnesium, Maritime pine extract (Pycnogenol). Other ingredients include Citric Acid, Sorbitol, Dextrose, Natural Flavour, Potassium Chloride, Stevia Leaf Extract.

Directions
Dissolve 1 tablet in 17 fl oz/500ml water and drink immediately. TRAVEL: Take 1 tablet every 2-3hrs during flight while awake. For better results, take 2 tablets daily 1-2 days on either side of travel. WORK: take 2 tablets daily. PARTY: take 1 before bed, 1 in the morning.
