Heat Therapy: Remove from any plastic bags. Be sure it is at room temperature. Microwave for 20 seconds; if more heat is needed microwave in 5 second increments. Apply: Gently pull onto your hand and keep in place for approximately 15 minutes. Wash: Hand wash with damp towel. Do not submerge in water. Air dry, do not machine wash. CAUTION: If gel comes in contact with skin, wash the area immediately with soap and water. If crystals become visible, throw away and do not apply to skin.

Indications
The wrist sleeve is intended to provided soothing cold or hot therapy for the temporary relief of minor aches and pains and to promote relaxation.

Directions
Keep the product in the provided clear plastic freezer bag or use your own and place it in the freezer for at least 2 hours. After 2 hours remove the product from the freezer and test its temperature. If its too cold to comfortably place on the area, let it sit out until it reaches your desired temperature. Once it is at your desired temperature, place the product on the area.
