Feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium) is a member of the Daisy family. It is also known as Bachelor’s Button, Bride’s button, Altamisa, Featherfew, Featherfoil, Febrifuge plant, Feverfew, Flirtwort, Pyrethrum and Wild Chamomile. Native to southeastern Europe, Feverfew grows naturally throughout Europe and North and South America. It’s a perennial plant with a stiff stem that has multiple branches.
