Directions
1. Cut open the pouch and remove one cooling gel sheet. 2. Remove the transparent film from the back of the gel sheet and discard. 3. Place the gel sheet on the skin. 4. If desired, cut the gel sheet to a suitable size with scissors. 5. Reseal the pouch to prevent the remaining gel sheets from drying out. 6. Store the product in a cool place, avoiding direct sunlight and high temperature. 7. Use each sheet only once and discard it after use. 8. Keep the product out of the reach of children. 9. Use only as directed. 10. For external use only. 11. Discontinue use and consult a physician immediately if excessive redness, irritation, burning, or discomfort of the skin develops. 12.
