Whole Grain Oats, Brown Sugar, Cane Sugar, Flaxseed Meal, Salt, Natural Maple Flavor (maltodextrin, modified food starch, caramel color, natural flavors).

MICROWAVE: Place oats in a microwave-safe bowl and add ½ cup water. Stir, cover and microwave on high for 1–1:30 minutes, until water is absorbed. Let stand for 1 minute. Stir well before eating. STOVETOP: Bring 2⁄3 cup water to a boil. Add oats, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until water is absorbed. Remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes. BOILING WATER: Place oats in a heatproof bowl and add ½ cup boiling water. Stir, cover and let stand for 3–5 minutes, until water is absorbed.
