Our packing process is hive to a jar or hand scooped from barrel in to a jar! Since there is no heating or high tack processing involved, our honey remains life!!! Meaning all life Enzymes and healthy bacteria as well as all medicinal properties remain intact. Our honey is not going to be as some of you are used to when you are buying it from a supermarket. What to expect from “Goshen” raw honey! Since the honey is life! Depending on a pattern of conditions such as: Temperature, humidity, type of a flower, time of Harvesting, floral nectar fructose to glucose ratio. Honey may be liquid thin, liquid thick, hard crystal, soft crystal, fine crystal, larger crystal, lighter, darker and so on. In other words it’s like a finger print or DNA. It could never be the same, unless you process it! If you give it some heat and kill the life enzymes it will remain liquid and it could be blended to a color, texture, smell or even taste of your choice! Therefore!
