Hibiscus Flowers
To prepare, use 1-2 teaspoons of hibiscus flowers per 8 oz of hot water (not boiling). Steep for 5-10 minutes, then strain and enjoy. For iced tea, double the amount of flowers and steep in cold water for 2-3 hours. Sweeten to taste.
