This pharmacist-recommended formula contains Brompheniramine Maleate (2 mg), an antihistamine that helps relieve sneezing, runny nose, itchy nose or throat, and itchy, watery eyes, and Phenylephrine HCl (5 mg), a nasal decongestant that works to clear nasal congestion and restore free breathing through the nose. Designed to ease discomfort caused by colds and seasonal allergies, this alcohol-free liquid medicine comes in a great-tasting grape flavor to make dosing easier. Each dose is carefully measured using the provided dosage cup, ensuring precise administration. The formula is intended to be taken every 4 hours as needed, with a maximum of 6 doses in 24 hours. Safe storage is advised between 68-77°F (20-25°C). For best results, follow the recommended dosage instructions: Adults and children 12 years and older should take 20 mL every 4 hours, while children aged 6 to under 12 years should take 10 mL every 4 hours. This product is not recommended for children under 6 years. Warnings include avoiding use with MAOIs, sedatives, or other nasal decongestants. Consult a doctor if symptoms persist beyond 7 days or worsen. In case of overdose, seek medical attention immediately or contact a Poison Control Center. Keep out of reach of children.

Directions
