Pterostilbene is a very similar molecule to Resveratrol’s, but where Resveratrol has three hydroxyl groups at its extremities, two of them are replaced with methoxy groups in Pterostilbene. This difference makes Pterostilbene far more bioavailable than Resveratrol, it’s more easily absorbed through the stomach lining and cell membranes and stays in one’s system longer, giving it similar, but more powerful effects. Many health experts believe pterostilbene is better and more potent than resveratrol in various ways.

Directions
Suggested use: 1-2 capsules per day. Pterostilbene is relatively new to the market, and there has yet to be an established recommended Daily Intake (RDI) for pterostilbene. In vitro human science and clinical studies suggest that a daily dose of 100mg to 250mg is recommended. A single 50mg to 125mg capsule twice a day is for all adults. If combined with other ingredients such as resveratrol, the amount may be lowered accordingly.
