Each serving size (1 softgel) contains: Vitamin A (as vitamin A palmitate, and fish liver oil) 10000 IU. Other ingredients: Vegetable (soya) oil, gelatin (capsule), glycerin and purified water.

Directions
As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 softgel daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
