Do not freeze below 0 degrees Fahrenheit. The gel pack may lose its flexibility. Do not apply the gel pack directly to the skin, as this may lead to frostbite/burns. Keep away from children. When heating the gel pack, make sure is not too hot, before applying. Do not use heat therapy during the first 72 hours after injury, or if there is bleeding or swelling.

Directions
Cold Therapy: keep gel pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Insert it in the pouch and apply. Heat therapy (microwave): microwave gel pack for a period of 30 seconds at medium setting, check for desired temperature, and microwave again in 10-second increments, if needed. Insert pack in the pouch and apply. Heat therapy (hot water): boil a pot of water and take the pot off the heat. Immerse pack in hot water for 10 minutes. Dry the pack with a towel, insert it in the pouch and apply.
