Ingredients
Lactobacillus LB (Lactobacillus fermentum and Lactobacillus delbrueckii), Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, calcium silicate, magnesium stearate and calcium carbonate (color). Contains milk (lactose), soy and wheat.

Directions
Adults and children over 6 years of age, start with 2 capsules, then take 1 capsule every 12 hours for at least 2 to 3 days. If taking along with antibiotics, continue taking one capsule per day for at least 7 days. Lactéol may be used for up to 30 days. For children or anyone who may have trouble swallowing capsules, Lactéol sachets are another alternative.
