Ingredients
Vitamin C (as buffered and non-acidic calcium ascorbate and ascorbyl palmitate) 1050 mg, Calcium (as calcium ascorbate) 118 mg 12. Ascorbyl palmitate 35 mg , Lemon bioflavonoid complex 125 mg. Vegetable stearine, methylcellulose, Enzymax (calcium carbonate, bromelain, papain, lipase, amylase, protease, silica), green (chlorophyll) aqueous coating.

Directions
Take one (1) tablet, one to four times daily with meals or as directed.
