Ingredients
Organic Slippery Elm inner bark (Ulmus rubra), organic alcohol, distilled water. 1:4. Alcohol content: Not more than 50%.

Directions
"Take 1 mL three times daily in warm water, or as directed by your health care professional. 1 mL = approx. 40 drops. Take with plenty of water. Do not exceed recommended dose. Do not take Slippery Elm at the same time as any medication, as it may interfere with absorption. CAUTION: Keep out of reach of children.
