Start with 2 rounded TB per 8oz coffee. Scoop powder in the cup first, followed by pouring hot coffee. The nutrition label serving size is for FDA regulations. This is how you know the calories + nutrition facts but it differs than my recommendation for "How to Use". 2 rounded TB will be ~16-20g.
