Directions
1. Store in the freezer for cold therapy or at room temperature for hot therapy. 2. Apply the product to the affected area. 3. For cold therapy, leave it on for approximately 15 minutes. 4. For hot therapy, heat in the microwave for 20 seconds, adding more time in 10-second increments if needed. 5. Hand wash with a damp towel, do not submerge in water, and air dry. 6. If the gel comes in contact with skin, wash the area immediately with soap and water.
