Directions
Instructions for Cold Therapy: Keep the product in the provided clear plastic freezer bag or use your own and place it in the freezer for at least 2 hours. After 2 hours remove the product from the freezer and test its temperature. If its too coldto comfortably place on the area, let it sit out until it reaches your desired temperature. Once it is at your desired temperature, place the product on the area. Instructions for Hot Therapy: The product should be at room temperature before heating. Remove the product from its plastic bag. Place it in the microwave and heat for 20 seconds and add in 10 second increments . After each interval, check the product to ensure it has reached the desired temperature and is not too warm to wear comfortably. If too warm, let it sit out until it reaches your desired temperature. Once it is at your desired temperature, place the product on the area. All microwaves may vary.
