Directions
Mix 2 scoops of Mike’s Mix Recovery Drink in 1-2 cups of liquid. Use 3 scoops for workouts that exceed one hour. Mixing with less liquid will produce a richer, stronger flavor while further dilution will produce a milder flavor. Tastes great with water but some customers prefer to mix with milk, juice or even coffee. Although blending will produce the most homogenous mixture, our recovery drinks can easily be mixed by shaking in any container with a tight fitting lid.
