To prepare, bring water to a boil, approximately 200-212°F (93-100°C) for black tea. Steep 1-2 teaspoons of peppermint leaves in hot water for 5-7 minutes. Adjust the tea-to-water ratio and steeping time to taste. Enjoy hot or cold.
